At BRAND OFF online buying club, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury fashion purchases. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your member account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original designer packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and brand tags are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping marks are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luxury experts verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
